After years of growth and evolving work patterns LeadingAge, a DC-based advocacy group, found itself with scattered working teams, a lack of interactive space, unused storage rooms, and rows of empty filing cabinets.
OA restructured the office’s layout to improve workflow and communication between LeadingAge’s varied work teams. We increased office-sharing, created shared desks for telecommuters, and designed dynamic new meeting spaces for the organization’s creative team.
LeadingAge now operates with increased efficiency and a more interactive working environment. As an added result, it converted the extra space gained into a valuable, income-producing sublet area that further supports the organization’s mission.
